What age groups do you offer programs for?

We offer programs for players ages 10U–17U, with development stages tailored to each age group — from fundamentals to high school preparation and college showcases.

Do players have to try out to join?

Yes. All players must attend a tryout or evaluation session to be placed on the appropriate team as a first time YouthGold player. Current players do not need to try out.

What is included in my season or annual fee?

Fees cover professional coaching, structured practices, field access, tournament play, and training resources. There are no hidden costs — uniforms (additional cost), tournaments, and other essentials are included unless otherwise noted (such as Show Gold showcase fees).

What is the difference between Retrievers High School Development and Show Gold Teams?

Retrievers Development Teams: Focus on skill building, reps, and local competition — ideal for players preparing for high school baseball.
Show Gold Teams: Invite-only showcase teams designed for college exposure, featuring recruiting support, showcase events, and higher-level travel opportunities.

What is the commitment level for each team?

Youth Teams (10U–14U):
Season-to-season or annual commitment with 2 to 3 practices per week, weekend games, and 3–4 tournaments per season. Younger ages (10U–12U) focus on fun, development, and building a love for the game, while older ages (13U–14U) prepare for high school-level competition with increased intensity and tournament play.

Retrievers Development Teams (15U–17U):
Season-to-season or annual commitment with 2–3 practices per week, weekend games, and local tournaments. Ideal for players developing their skills and preparing for high school success.
Show Gold Teams (15U–17U, Invite Only):
Flexible practice and game participation. Players may attend Retrievers practices or train independently but are required to participate in showcase events. Additional travel and event fees apply.

Can multi-sport athletes participate?

Yes! We support multi-sport athletes, especially at the 10U–14U levels. High School players may need to prioritize baseball during showcase seasons.

How does billing work?

We offer annual billing with monthly payment plans. Seasonal options where you commit to one season at a time.
Monthly dues are season-to-season commitments and automatically renew unless canceled before the 15th of the month. After the 15th, the next month's payment is non-refundable.
