How do I participate in the Referral Program? Participation is simple! Use the universal referral link provided by Youth Gold Baseball to direct potential new members to our referral Google Form. Make sure they include your family's name in the form under "Referred by" to ensure you receive credit for the referral.

What rewards can I earn through the Referral Program? Our rewards are tiered for your benefit: Tier 1: The Rookie (1-2 Referrals): Exclusive Youth Gold branded merchandise. Tier 2: The Champion (3-5 Referrals): A one-time 10% discount on the next year's registration. Tier 3: The Legend (6+ Referrals): Free private lessons for your athlete, on top of the merchandise.

How will I know if my referral has been successful? You’ll be notified via email once we’ve verified your referral, which will occur within 7 days after the referred individual completes the Google Form and lists your family as the referrer.

When will I receive my rewards? Incentives will be delivered 30 days post-verification to allow for accurate processing. You'll receive detailed information about how to claim your rewards in the notification email.

Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can make? There is no limit! Feel free to refer as many new families as you like. While rewards cap at the Tier 3 level, additional referrals continue to strengthen our community.

What if the person I refer forgets to list my name? For the referral to count, the new member must list your family's name in the "Referred by" section on the Google Form. Encourage your referrals to complete this step accurately to ensure you receive credit.

Can someone who was previously part of Youth Gold Baseball be referred again? The Referral Program is intended for new member registrations only. Previous members rejoining do not qualify as new referrals.

Youth Gold Baseball Referral Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The Youth Gold Baseball Referral Program is open to current members of the Youth Gold Baseball community. Employees of Youth Gold Baseball and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Participants must be in good standing with the program at the time of the referral and when rewards are issued.

The new member must accurately fill out the form, including specifying the name of the referring family in the designated "Referred by" field.

  3. Verification: Youth Gold Baseball will verify each referral for eligibility. The verification process includes confirming the new member's registration and ensuring the referring family is accurately identified. Verification is typically completed within 7 days of form submission.

  4. Incentives:

    • Tiered rewards are contingent upon the successful registration and verification of referred new members.

    • Incentives include branded merchandise, registration fee discounts, and free private lessons, as detailed in the referral program description.

    • Registration fee discounts apply to the next year's registration and cannot be applied retroactively or combined with other offers.

  12. Agreement: Participation in the Referral Program constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions. Participants acknowledge that failure to comply with the program rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any rewards.
